You stay multiple nights in the same accommodation and we provide daily transfers to and from the coast path. You just walk.
Instead of changing accommodation every day, you spend multiple nights in the same establishment and we provide daily transfers between your accommodation and the coast path.
Transfers typically take 20 minutes and can be arranged for your convenience (most clients like to leave time for a pint at the end of their walk).
Everything else is the same as out standard holidays: planning and help, route notes and maps, arrival and departure transfers.
Twin centre based
Much as a centre based option except that half way through the holiday you move to a new accommodation in a different town.
We find these holidays work best when exploring the Land’s End Peninsula (the coast west of St Ives and Porthleven) as we can keep transfer times to a minimum.
For a full centre based holiday we typically use Penzance. For twin centre based we would use St Ives and Penzance.
However we can also use smaller towns such Marazion, Mousehole, St Just – just let us know what you are looking for and we can discuss the pros and cons of these options.
Centre based holidays are generally a similar price to the equivalent multi-point holiday. Twin centre based holidays are typically 15% more expensive than the equivalent multi-point holiday.
This is based on standard accommodation in Penzance (and St Ives for twin centre holidays). But the real advantage of these holidays is that we have many more accommodation options and so if you want a little more luxury, there are plenty of upgrades to consider.
